Terms and Conditions of Sale 

All prices include Vat at the standard rate 

 

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000 can be found on www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made. 

 

This protects you the consumer when buying goods via mail order over the internet, phone, etc. 

 

All orders received and paid for before midday, we will aim to deliver within 1-3 working days (working day is Monday to Friday), unless otherwise stated. Where this is not possibly we will advise you of a delivery date. Some items may need a longer delivery date or where items have become out of stock. When this happens we reserve the right to advise you of an expected delivery date, either cancel the order and offer you a full refund, or offer an alternative product. Ownership of any goods ordered will not pass to you the customer until payment is made in full. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract will take place when the products ordered are despatched to you. 

 

No credit or debit card details are stored on our system. We use a SSL security that has been installed and enabled, which encrypts data that you send from your computer to our website, to ensure your card details are secure. 

 

Delivery is within the UK only. We will send your order by selected service, or the most efficient method. Delivery is free of charge (unless otherwise stated) 

 

To heavy or large items may be transported by standard shipment on pallets. 

 

Generators: all machinery must be fuelled, lubrication oil level checked and battery acid level checked prior to first use. Ordering of these items is on the understanding that the purchaser is competent or has employed someone competent to complete these tasks. Due to logistical problems beyond our control, delivery to certain parts of the UK may take longer. 

 

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If however you are not satisfied, you can return your items at your own expense, within 7 days of receiving it providing:- 

 

All items are returned to us unused and undamaged no more than 7 days after purchase. 

All items are returned in the original packaging, along with all connectors, leads, transformers, remote controls (where applicable), any other accessories, and documentation. 

The packaging, the product itself, or any of the accessories has not been damaged, misused or tampered with in anyway. Failure of any of these conditions being adhered to will result in us being unable to give a full credit or replace the product 

 

Please insure that items returned are insured to the correct value, in case of damage or lost in transit. 

 

All returns must be arranged by phone or email first. All returns must be in new condition and sent in original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied. Items that are signed for in good condition cannot be returned at a later date if found to be damaged. All items returned remain your responsibility whilst in transit. Please insure items are fully insured for the correct value, in case of damage or lost in transit. 

 

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty (according to the terms covering each product) some warranties only apply when the item is used exclusively for the domestic or leisure purposes. Fair wear a tear is not covered. 

 

The terms & conditions may be amended at anytime without prior notice. All dimensions & specifications are for guidance purposes only. Failure to use a product correctly resulting in injury, damage, or costs incurred is not our responsibility.
